Welcome to Rental Exams. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rental Exams website located at https://rentalexams.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you (“you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website. In these Terms, “Rental Exams,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Rental Exams LLC. These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. If you choose to request an inspection through the Website, the terms governing the inspection services will be set forth in a separate written agreement, which you will be required to review and sign before any inspection is conducted.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Communications
By creating an account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
3. Purchases

By submitting tenant contact information through the Website, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permission from the tenant to share their information with Rental Exams. You acknowledge that Rental Exams relies on you to secure such consent and that Rental Exams is not responsible for verifying tenant permission. Rental Exams will use tenant contact information solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting inspections and related communications.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. 6. Service Limitations
Rental Exams is NOT a property management company and does not provide property management services, legal advice, or maintenance and repair services. Our inspections are strictly visual in nature; inspectors do not move, open, or operate appliances, systems, or personal property. Rental Exams is not responsible for tenant disputes, unresponsive or hostile tenants, or for verifying compliance with local housing laws. Our role is limited to conducting scheduled visual inspections and providing corresponding reports to the property owner.
Inspector Availability: Rental Exams will make reasonable efforts to assign an inspector to fulfill each requested inspection. However, we do not guarantee that an inspector will always be available. Inspections may not be possible if the property is in a remote or difficult-to-access location, if scheduling cannot be coordinated, or if an inspector declines an assignment for personal or safety reasons. In such cases, Rental Exams will notify you as soon as possible, and no further obligation to perform the inspection will apply.
7. Content
Content found on or through this Service are the property of Rental Exams or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
8. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
